We have negotiated special airfares for conference delegates with South
African Airways (SAA).
Discounts vary per departure city. For instance, a 22% discount has
been offered on London-Cape Town flights for Economy Class; a higher
discount is valid for Business Class.
Instructions for obtaining discounted airfares with SAA are outlined
below:

| Full time student | In order to qualify for student fare levels, call the SAA Customer Call Center at 1-800-722-9675, and identify yourself as a student attending the conference. You will need to provide proof of student status. |
| Government employee | Book directly with United Airlines (a code-share partner with SAA), and obtain the best fare they can offer. |

| Non-USA | Students & non-students | Contact your nearest SAA reservations or ticketing office (click here for list), and quote the conference booking code which will be e-mailed to you after abstract submission. |
