Lost Badges
R50 will be charged per person to replace a lost conference badge.

Extra ticket for Icebreaker Reception:
R500 per person.

Banquet (December 03):
Non-student: R 350
SMM Student Members: R 175

Workshops/Symposiums There will be a R150 fee per workshop participant per day - to recoup room hire & AV costs. R20 per person for tea/coffee breaks, as arranged with CTICC by workshop organiser.

Accommodation
Hotel block bookings (depending on hotel and room option chosen):
Single occupancy: R440 - R1606 per room per night
Double occupancy: R624 - R1762 per room per night

Other accommodation
Formula One Hotel: R300 per room per night (up to three people per room)
University of Cape Town Residences: 200 rooms booked (R210 per person per night)

Airport transfers
